1. The electrical equipment of CNC grinding machines should be kept clean regularly, and waterproof, oil proof, and dust-proof measures should be taken for the electrical equipment of the grinding machine.

2. When there is a short circuit in the circuit of the CNC grinder that causes the fuse to melt, it should be replaced with a fuse of the same capacity, and copper wire should not be used for replacement.

3. The bearings on the CNC grinder motor should be cleaned every six months, and kerosene or light diesel oil should be used when cleaning the bearings. After cleaning the bearings, clean lubricating oil should be used for lubrication.

4. Motors and electrical equipment using transformer oil cooling for CNC grinding machines should be regularly checked for the water content or insulation strength of the oil. If it is lower than 10kv/mm, clean and dry transformer oil should be replaced,

5. When motors and electrical equipment are left idle for too long (usually more than a month) in humid seasons and then used again, the insulation of the motor should be rechecked and dehumidified before it can operate at full load.

Moisture removal method: Reduce the voltage to one-third of the rated voltage and run the motor idle for 48 hours to gradually remove moisture.
